- Find or build the solution - Sometimes the right tool exists, sometimes we build custom, sometimes it's a combination
- Implement practically - Set it up to work for how you actually operate, not theoretical best practices
- Show you how it works - Training that makes sense, documentation you'll actually use
- Iterate based on real use - Refine after you've lived with it, based on what actually happens

- Sell you specific software (I'm tool-agnostic and recommend what fits YOUR needs)
- Promise overnight transformation
- Lock you into ongoing coaching or subscriptions
- Ignore small problems (sometimes a 5-minute fix saves hours of frustration)
How It Works
Project-based or hourly:
- Small fixes and tool recommendations: $300-500
- System integration and automation: $500-2000
- Custom tool development: $1000-3000+ depending on complexity
- Hourly consulting: $100/hr
